Phone interview followed by in-person.
The interviewers were unprepared. There were 3 interviewers - 2 VPs and one Project analyst.
Interviewerer 1 - Starting introduction - I dont have any questions for you.
Interviewer 2 - The Project analyst - little better, revealed the position is for claims processing and bills payable and answering patient enquiries. By no means was this a project analyst position. That is such a deceiving title and waste of time to invite IT project analysts for interviewing for a "Claims processor" position.
Interviewer 3 - Another VP. Completely unprepared, checking phone messages while I was answering her questions. What a lack of professionalism.
The only thing they all kept saying - we are not that big company we dont standard formal project management. Then why the heck would you invite a IT project specialist to interview.
