The interview process consisted of 3 rounds:
Round 1 - Phone interview with future direct supervisor. This interview was 50% me telling them about my experience and 50% them telling me about the position. Rather than having an initial interview with HR, it was nice to be directly speaking to the future supervisor.
Round 2 - Phone interview with department director. This interview was very short. After briefly discussing my experience, the director confirmed they would want to fly me out. I appreciated the candor rather than they typical performance that a phone interview usually is.
Round 3 - 3 in-person interviews with the future supervisor, department director, and a VP. All three interviewers were very engaged with me during the interview and avoided outside distractions, which I appreciated very much. They answered my questions with honesty and gave me a realistic view of the job, and spent about 50% of the interview time answering my questions. These interviews focused on my past experience, the work examples I provided, and the questions I had about the company.
Tips to future applicants: The best thing you can do is bring in strong examples of your past work experience and be able to talk through them and how they exemplify your ability and strengths. Radiology Partners is a company that is growing fast, so being able to demonstrate past examples of solid project planning, critical thinking, and decision making under tight timelines would be very helpful. Additionally, come prepared with questions for them about the role, first responsibilities, culture, overall company outlook etc.
