Applied via LinkedIn. Company recruiter reached out and had the initial call within 2 days. Next steps were for me to speak with the Hiring manager. I was told that is it a very small group and so hiring manager was the only other person in the team. Had an hour long conversation with the manager. He is extremely polite and humble. We discussed my past experience and what I am looking for, followed by the technical questions and eventually he discussed what he was looking for. Overall it was a great conversation.
