Short version; Applied for a nurse position, my application was checked by a plumber! Longer one; I applied for a Senior .Net Developer, first stage of interview was quite good, I showed my interest in what they do and was quite excited! For the second stage, I was asked to implement an application! I have over 20 years experience in coding and software development, I did my best and implemented an application which not only matched all the requirements but also it was of a production level and quality! I pushed my project to my GitHub account and was asked to add a couple of people from the company the repo as collaborators, after a few days when I chased them for the feedback I was told that they didn't want to proceed with my application! I was quite surprised and asked for the detailed feedback, but unfortunately never got it. No contact whatsoever! A couple of days I checked the profile of the people who I added to the project in more details and noticed that one of them was a front-end developer and other one a Java developer! Was quite shocked as they are hiring a Senior level .Net Developer, and they have asked frontend and a Java developers to check the application! Shocking.... Worst experience ever! 😑
