I went through three on-screen interviews--one with a recruiter, one with a VP , and one with the hiring manager. At the end of the interview with the hiring manager I was told they would be in touch with next steps. I never hear a single thing from them after that. I reached out twice to follow up and they did not bother to respond. I completely understand if I'm not the right fit and they don't want to continue on in the process, but they should at least have a baseline level of courtesy to let me know that (particularly after three interviews). In my experience, if a company can't treat potential employees with even a minimum level of respect, it's a big red flag for their company culture overall.
