They were very friendly from the beginning to the end and the whole process was straightforward and I knew what to expect. I believe I did well in the call to test my skills but I didn't get approved, which is fine. The problem is the lack of feedback, it's so frustrating to be blind about what was lacking or where you made a mistake. The rejection mail was just generic "we won't follow through with you in this process" and when I asked for a detailed feedback I was completely ignored even if they told me they would provide feedback during the process.
