Two rounds where first round was an overview mostly of previous experience, certifications and some easy task of problem management. Second round is mostly formal for many of candidates. For me it was announced that it will be with Executive director, but a person which should be an HR came and spend some time asking non-professional and personal questions.

If you look very good and don't ask a lot of questions... You are hired in 15 minutes. Be prepared to look like a model every day, business look is mandatory. Be very punctual(no delay is accepted)
