Took a test which took about 40 minutes to assess different skills. Received an email a couple days later to schedule a HR screening video interview. Interviewer never showed up. It's incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional to treat candidates this way.

40 minute extremely easy assessment that was not geared for a finance role. I liked the personality assessment and that they send it to you after. The problem I have is the lack of professionalism with the HR department. No show to interview, cancellation of interview, leaving jobs posted on boards and their own company website that supposedly the “scope has changed”. No response or feedback from HR after the above. Many candidates I am sure left in the dark and wondering if their resume was the problem when clearly it was not.
