HR reached out to schedule a zoom interview with the Hiring Manager. The interview was pretty basic and casual, briefly going over with 1 portfolio project. Passed that round and was given a take home design challenge. Worked on it for 3 days straight and provided all deliverables including wireframes, user journeys, hifi screens, AND presentation slides for BOTH the design challenge AND one portfolio case study. Then got the rejection email 2 days later. I should have just stopped with the interview process when I saw the required deliverables.
