Very laid back and relaxed, you sit at one of the tables in the restaurant. They ask you to tell them about yourself, why you want to work there, and if you had transportation (your own car or a reliable ride). They ask your availability and how many hours you want to work. I was offered the job at the end of the interview, however a few other people had to have a second interview or had to wait for a call.
