The first step: Telephonic interview ( the purpose of this interview is to see if you are eligible to do a face-to face interview. Second step: you get a call to do a face-to face given that you passe the telephonic interview. the whole process is very comfortable, the interviewers were polite and welcoming. they ask basic accounting questions and discussion of your CV.
