I applied via Boston Career Forum. The process is simple: 1. Take the aptitude test. 2. Send CV. 3. Skype Interview. 4. Final Interview. I got to the final interview, and that's schedule next month so I still don't know how that will go, but everything has been rather simple. Though the Skype interview that I had was conducted in Japanese, and so it was more of a curve ball because I thought it would be in English. Even though the company uses English within the operation, it would be better to be able to speak at least business level Japanese, preferably more.
