The candidate experience is non-existent at this company. I had 3 interviews.
1st I had a screening call. The person I had the call was very disorganised and our screening call was a bit of a disaster -a video call with the camera off, the person kept turning the sound off because of her kid making noise in the background so the call was very interrupted and it was probably one of the worst screening calls I’ve ever had. I personally think that if you work from home and interview candidates you ensure you can actually do the call - otherwise simply apologise and reschedule.
2nd interview was with someone else. She was professional, engaging and pleasant to speak with.
3rd interview was with someone who didn’t engage and I found him somehow rude as he kept cutting me off so it was really difficult to answer questions and engage.
* I followed up after my 3rd call and I never heard back. I personally think that if you start to interview a candidate you should have the courtesy to get back to the person - especially if this person followed up. No candidate should be left in the dark after having 3 interviews.
