First had screening call with recruiter, then had multiple rounds of zoom interviews with different team members (some on the team I’d be working on, others from different parts of the company). Seemed like a fairly good overall process. I think incorporating other people from different teams helps break up group think and share different perspectives.

Entrevista
I had received a call from the recruiter for first screening call. Soon after I received my first interview invite. The interview was really good . It was a good conversation platform to know about the position and the team. Had the second interview for the managerial round. The second one was a behavioural one and basically to understand whether someone is the right fit.
