I applied on Raleigh Ophthalmology's website and received a phone call the next day for an initial phone screening. After the phone screening an interview was scheduled. From the time of my interview to the time of a job offer, it took approximately 10 days. The office environment seems extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone that interacted with was so nice. The day of my interview, they were running a little behind schedule but kept me informed the whole time and made sure I knew I was not forgotten about.
