Entrevista
Rally sells software supporting the Agile Development methodology and runs the company the same way, so everybody (and I mean everybody) has input. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then had a a 1:1 with the sales manager. I was then flown to Boulder, CO (corporate) where I had approximately 6 interviews including 1:1 with the VP of Sales, CFO and head of HR and group interviews with sales, sales support, product management and others. At the end of the day, everybody has to give a thumbs up. I did well with everybody but the technical people as we had differing views of the sales process. They gave me a thumbs down.

It wasn't a question, but rather a discussion on whether or not sales is a formal process which needs to be followed.
