Applied online, got an email to come for an assessment centre. Was briefed and watched a video on Ralph Lauren. Got split in to two groups, first lot had to do their individual interviews and the others a Group work exercise and we swapped after. Individual interview was difficult as we had to do a test which took half an hour and was very hard! Then followed by an interview with colleagues. Group exercise we had to sort out priorities in the critical path while 5-6 people watched how you worked. Served lunch and was a good day.
