Had a one on one interview with a manager then a second interview with the store managers. very relaxed and asked basic questions about my availability, experience and hypothetical questions when dealing with customers. Heard back within a week.

make sure you know about the company! its history and what it means to you. No point in working for a company that you want to affiliation with! mine was an online interview
The interview never happened they had issues with the managers...I went twice the first time they forgot they had interview , the second they cancelled the interview due to tube strike 1 hour before the interview ...ridiculous ....I was on my way RUN FOR THEM TIMEWASTERS!
