From an employee referral I tried inside ramco and I got referred and started with the interview process.they had took 4 weeks to finish the interview process.
Interview process is medium with good questions the process is below
HR round is about personal information
Aptitude is fully complicated
Technical round is average round
Package discussion is with the manager

Have a aptitude exam as first round. After that got shortlisted. Next one is Technical interview by team manager. Asked about your skills and project. Have to explain what are all the project you have done.

Technical and hr interview ..easy to clear if you Strong enough in basics of SQL...be bold to answer all the question...they may try to pull you down to test ur stress level but be patient to answer your question
