Great experience overall. Process moved quickly and the team was good about setting and meeting expectations for timelines. The interviews were laid back and took on a discussion format rather than question/answer, making it easy to open up. After the process, the hiring manager provided in-depth feedback which helped me understand the decision rationale and gave me ideas on where to improve. I've asked for feedback in a lot of processes and this was the first time I received helpful guidance.
