3 part interview process that consisted of a phone call, and two on-site interviews. My first in person interview i met with the CEO and we went over my technical HR background. He asked me to outline the employee cycle and draw it out on the white board. The second interview included to the CEO & CFO. I was asked to explain how I chose my career and what I wanted in my next job.
