Long and over the top. Long process with multiple steps, including a design challenge. Went through two calls, then up getting ghosted after completing and sending them completed work for the design challenge. Tried reaching back out a couple of times, only to get no response.

Typical interview process but there weren’t really questions about my background with data. It was really a process to vouch if i followed their values which i get to a certain extent. The interview questions were more to probe if I really believed in their product (I had never used Ramsey solution services or products so they had me watch a handful of videos) as well as if I was a devout Christian living in alignment with their interpretation of those values.
