It started with the common recruiter/HR screening phone call. Then a week later I had one video call with the hiring manager and the HR rep. Received my offer shortly after that.

3 person interview including hr, department manager and team lead. Give a short presentation on yourself and your lab experience. Asked about any previous experience with computer systems and ELISA

There was only one online meeting with the hiring manager and an HR member. The process was very quick. I got an email from HR setting up the meeting for the following week, and heard back within the next week once the interview was over.

Entrevista
Only one in person interview with the manager and recruiter. They really focused on your past experiences, make sure you’re confident explaining each analytical technique you’ve mentioned on your cv. The recruiter also focused on your career gap, be confident to explain what you did during your gap and why that happened. Overall, it felt more like a catch up session than a formal interview - nice interviewers, quite informal.
