Lack of professionalism and inattention to candidates Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very negative. I had an interview scheduled for Friday at 12 pm, which I attended and waited for, but no one showed up or gave any notice. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, rescheduling for Monday at the same time, and was available again as agreed. Once again, there was no notice or contact, and when they finally responded, they made basic mistakes such as confusing my name and the scheduled time, demonstrating a lack of attention to the candidate and the process. After these situations, I believe there is no care or respect for the candidates' time, which is worrying in a professional environment. I recommend caution to anyone considering pursuing processes at this company.
