Screening CV, phone interview, two rounds of intw: first round by HR, who was really nice; and then the hiring manager, asked a few questions about my former employer and performance. She states that in Randstad hails teamwork and sharing. I believed it was the global culture. and then talked with the whole team, still, quite nice, and we did have a nice time together later on.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
