4 stages, competency based at multiple locations, initial chat very informal coffee which was good as focused on me, then went to a formal one to one, felt this was too extensive initially as met the again a further 3 times. Not enough confirmed about the department or culture which in hindsight would have turned me off the role.

standard intterview process i would say very normal and standard with several normal questions such as about myself and my likes and dislikes and what i was looking for in a yype of job and so forth but mainly by the by for nosmal questions of a type that are standard and so on
The interview was well prepared and everything was fine. I would totally recommend the process to outstanders. Also the recap afterwards was one of the best. I also received great insights to the process. And a good amount of information was shared.

Angenehme Atmosphäre, man fühlte sich wohl und wurde auf Augenhöhe behandelt. Sehr aufschlussreiche Darstellung des Unternehmens. Auf Fragen wurde detailliert eingegangen. Gehaltsvorstellungen wurden wohlwollend berücksichtigt. Sehr wertschätzende Gesprächspartner. Ablauf wie man sich das aus dem Lehrbuch vorstellt.
