I attended the interview in a job fair conducted in my college. It is a HR consultancy which provides ample opportunities to freshers and experienced. Feels very happy to attend an interview in that consultancy. The interviewers were very professional.

Very easy-going process,. The interviewer first starts with wondering why you came to Randstand to look for a job. Various situational and behavioural questions here and there. The interview process is very structured throughout. At the end during question period, they give honest and informative answers.
