I had a couple of conversations with the talent coordinator, and then I was invited to take part in a 2 hour virtual workshop. This involved meeting other people looking to apply to the program, and taking part in role plays of what the recruitment process may look like. Finally, I was invited to have a final stage interview with The Program Manager.
