A few stages, but was well structured. Everyone I interviewed was ready to meet digitally due to COVID at the time they said they would. Also had a face to face interview that was COVID secure and everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. I was constantly updated by Lauren throughout the interview process!

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
