Well organised and good communication.
It started as a casual interview and then evolved into a discussion rather than an interview. I got interviewed by 3 people(HR, Manager, Associate DIrector)
3 step process. Two online and one face to face. Director, team lead and manager also brought on a walk of the floor to meet the team. Great environment and very welcoming
smooth and structured, there were 3 rounds in total and a psychometric test. the managers really spent time getting to know me and my professional aspiration, and explained the business model and the culture very thoroughly.
