I had three interviews -- the first was over the phone, followed by 2 virtual interviews. The third, final interview was with a group of team members along with some management. I thought my first two interviews went excellent, but my final interview was horrid. I spent the whole time trying to defend myself against rude commentary, such as subtle remarks on where I went to college. I have never had an interview this bad. My second interview ended with "you seem exactly like who we want to hire", but 20 minutes into my third interview I was tempted to leave the call. I can't imagine what working for this team would be like! I am grateful an offer was not extended.

I had a great experience interviewing with Randstad. The entire process was smooth, professional, and very well organized from beginning to end. The recruiter was clear, responsive, and took the time to explain each step, which made everything feel comfortable and easy to follow.
I really appreciated the consistent communication and the level of respect shown for my time. I was kept informed throughout the process, and nothing felt rushed or confusing. Good mix of technical and personal questions. The interviewers really took their getting to know me and my how my skill set would align with the position as well as personality wise with my team.

Recruiter screen was like any other normal but for the Screen with Hiring Manager, expection was to add 10 new candidates to the pool everyday which was close to impossible given they only require sponsorship independent candidates
