I was called by a staffing recruiter and did a phone interview. That was about an hour long. Received job overview. I went to a follow up in person interview. I met with 3 people. Waited and received a call for a follow up interview after that. I then met the other designer there. They seemed to like me. I was offered a contract position and I accepted.

There was no interview. I was found by Ranstad from Careerbuilder for an immediate job that was in my field.
