Entrevista
The interview process was pretty smooth. Three rounds to be precise. First I had a call from the HR, who talked for 30 mins and assessed my previous experience, skills, interest etc. Then I had a 2 hr face to face that included whiteboard coding & some live hands on coding. Once that was through, I had another one hour talk with the hiring manager who , was pretty casual, but checked technical as well as behavioral & cultural fit. I got the offer within a week from that point.

Rangle is a javascript hub predominantly. So its not a one size fits all thing. If you are good with javascript & its internals, you stand a good chance.

Entrevista
Initial phone screen followed by a short quiz on Javascript fundamentals. Then an interview in person with two team members covering employment history, some technical and culture questions, and a quick pair programming assignment. This was followed by an interview with the CTO which went very in-depth into the technical side of Javascript.
Overall a very positive experience, the recruiter was very friendly and professional and the team members made the interview a positive experience, more of a conversation than an interrogation. The CTO did not shy away from the difficult questions but I never felt patronized.
