At first I had an interview with the CEO and one of the founders. General interview about my past and how am I as a person. Then he left me to do a quick SEO test. The test wasn't hard TBH. The second part was a phone interview with the team leader, it was around more professional topics and I elaborated a bit about my experience in SEO. It was more like a conversation rather than an interview. I felt that they're really interested in me, and then I got the job.
