Entrevista
The process itself was lengthy — multiple interview rounds leading up to a meeting with the CEO, which went well. At the end of the process, they asked me to provide professional references, which I did promptly.
After that, complete silence. I followed up asking if they received the references — they confirmed they had. A week later I asked for an update and was told I'd hear back by the weekend. The weekend passed with no response whatsoever.
To top it off, this wasn't the first scheduling issue — they had originally set up a meeting that the relevant party simply didn't show up to, and only in the evening reached out to ask if I'd be willing to reschedule for the next day.
No rejection, no feedback, no basic courtesy. Just ghosting — after I had invested significant time and energy in their process and provided references on request. Unprofessional at every stage.

Pretty simple, as long as you are responsible, have attention to detail, and some knowledge about the industry, and stones would be a plus. Having clarity towards a customer-centric approach and bringing a positive attitude are important.
