Met with a primary interviewer and discussed the position, after that I was given a presentation overview on their company, then I was brought to see the Hiring Manager where we reviewed my Resume and experience. during this interview, we also discussed my management philosophy, and general knowledge from my 16 years of Management experience. we then discussed personal interests, and Hobbies. the interview lasted an hour and a half total.
