I had a panel interview with two owners, a general manager and HR. The interview went well and they called me back for a second as it was down to myself and another person. They ended up hiring both of us.

I had a great interview experience. Felt very comfortable throughout the whole interview. Walking into the interview a nice lady told me to relax because they were still in another interview. Also my substitute interviewer had practically the same name and that broke the ice! At the very least it will make future interviews a much easier process to go through!
