First interview is just description of the job. Second is assessments. Behavioral, wonderlic, typing speed and accuracy.
Third is standard interview. Tell me about your last job etc. Then was brought in for a shadowing session on site. The place seems very highly regulated and monitored.

One initial Phone interview with basic questions about background, schooling, job history and desired shifts. They talked about what exactly they do. A follow up zoom call with hiring managers. Testing at the end. Very professional and productive.

Two phone calls and a couple video interviews. Interviewer was quite demanding considering this is just a customer service role. Not as flexible for hours because your days off change every month.
