The principal called me on the telephone after finding my resume through the state of Louisiana Department of Education web site. After a couple of phone tag calls, I called and scheduled a face to face interview. The principal was courteous and professional because although I was several hours early, he realized I had drove 200 miles to see him. Rather than get a room for the night, he completed the job interview. He called 3 days later and offered me the position.
