One word for it: Waste. They dont have a sense of time nor will they bother to tell you about the process, this is after you have showed up for the interview and waiting for them to find a person to interview you. The panel was decided on the spot. The initial point of contact asked me to sit in an open office space with other colleagues going about their work. I thought it was temp. but later with the passing moment realised that they want to conduct the interview from there. I thought it would be interactive and maybe there is a panel. Later the gave me a sheet with a question and asked me to code for it(mentioned the question below). It was me who approached them with basic anamolies in the question which highlighted the lack of detail in even forming the sentences for the interview question.
Then I was redirected to another person to clear off those query from. Once I approached him(who was super busy, with his work at hand), . Basically there was no face time given for the interview and during my 3.5 hours of being there, my interviewer and point of contact attended: stand-ups, was working on his piece of work and was not even sitting across me or checking in on my progress. After seeing lack of interest, even when I reached out to him, I waited for him, under the assumption that he would take his time but surely come back and ask. Time weaned off I asked him to have a look but he didn't, he went for his stand-up, one more person told me he will be back. After sometime, I pushed all my code to a github repo gave them the url and asked them to have a check at it and lemme know. The interview time had gone by they asked me to stay back further, at least to explain the code. So I obliged, after pointing out the time factor, as I didnt want to come off as rude. The person in contact told me it is just for explaining my code and whole process would hardly take 15-20 min, once they fnd it satisfactory they would call me for more round in the coming days. Once i went in, and thankfully this time there was a room which I went with the midset of explaining my code and the guy inside had different questions regarding my work experience and projects. Well, He didnt ask any code related questions nor did he want any explanations for those. After my 20 minutes with the interviewer was over, i asked him for leave, told him that i already informed the panel some 45 minutes back that this all is going over time and i need to attend my other interview and i cannot block that for the round in rapido.
The company culture resembled as a call centre, the time i spent writing code on that desk while sitting with other employees and their interactions actually made me rethink the option of coming there for the interview neither did the interviewer or the panel or the HR bothered about the noise issue, till i asked them if i can sit somewhere else.
So yeah that's the face of rapido's culture and interview process.

They gave me a "WAP for automating the search functionality of an e-commerce website. " Which was divided into:
1)validating the item name, price, delivery details.
out of which the last one only comes to play on payment scenario, which was neither directly or indirectly mentioned in the question. When asked, they fumbled themselves an went over the question then and there and realised once i pointed out that the scenario under test and the requirement mentioned does not fall in the same user flow.
2) Generate a JSON file which records all the prices for the searched item.
After round:
1) Project related
2) Performance architecture for my project
