Invitation to a one-to-one interview with CEO was extended to me after submission of resume. I was invited to the next interview with a director of the Board. Then I was invited to a dinner with key employees of the company. This was to assess how I interacted with other members of the team.

I was asked about my family tree and how I fitted into the social fabric of the place. I was asked how I would handle firing an employee
