The interview process was good. The interviewer was very nice and a friendly. First someone will call you thru your phone number and will ask you about if your internet connection is stable, do you have a laptop or appropriate equipment to use. Then you'll be directed to the interviewer that will prompt your actual interview thru Skype.
The interview process for ESL tutor applicants of Rarejob was clear and smooth. The interviewee was kind, helpful, and encouraging all throughout the process. This made the preparation and actual interview less stressful.
The interview went pretty well overall. There were a few tricky ones, especially when they asked about handling challenging situation. The interviewer was friendly and professional. I ended the interview by reiterating my enthusiasm for the position and thanking them for their time.
