Phone and then in person. It was with my eventual boss and the in person interview included a shadow of a current admissions advisor. This was my first job out of undergraduate. The interview had some difficult questions, but if you prepared to some of the standard "Tell me an example when" questions you will do just fine.

I went through 4 rounds. First you have a call with the recruiter and the camera is not on, then you have a call with the director, then a shadowing of the role, and then the last interview is with the director of operations and another director. I think it is unnecessary to have a shadow of the role when you don't know if you are going to hire the person just yet, it gets the candidate's hopes up for no reason. Other than that I thought the process was quick and the people were super nice.
