Initial interview was with Head of People and Product Manager, both of whom were lovely and took a balanced approach to interviewing with allowing me as much time to ask them questions as they had taken to ask me, which I really liked. They gave a lot of background info and painted a picture of a company poised for growth with product as a blank canvas.
The questions were centred around what drives me as a product professional, how to create buy in for the product roadmap, what I think makes a good product manager - all good questions to not just screen for product knowledge but also personality I thought. All the questions I had were thoughtfully answered. The next stage would have been meeting CEO and CTO but sadly I was not put through. Received a nice follow up with feedback from the Head of People which I appreciated. Overall good experience although I had hoped for a different outcome.
