you have to take a test no interview the test tests your ability to do the tasks that will be presented. its open notes obviously but you have to pay close attention to everything
There is no interview but you have to pass the test. The test is open book but you will need to know the material to successfully pass it. The test is based on their handbook and guidelines.

Entrevista
You just have to take a 3 part exam which is open book to do the work they give to you. The first two parts are easy but the 3rd one was a bit hard. However they give you 3 times to take the test and the 2nd time around I passed.
