Interview process took roughly 2 weeks.
Submitted application, then heard back the next day regarding the online assessment. Completed it two days later, and heard back the following day. Booked an 'interview' with them the following Monday. Completed the 'interview' (was like a coffee chat about job, themselves, and myself), and they specifically mentioned I would hear back within two weeks.
Never heard back. Seems like a recurring issue with this company. If you get a chance at an interview with them, expect them to ghost you if you don't fit their criteria.
After a brief test consisting of coding and personality questions, there’s an initial conversational interview that doesn’t involve coding but heavily interested in projects you’ve contributed to. There is another interview phase if they are interested.

After sending in an application, they responded well and kept saying that the role hiring process was still ongoing and the phase was still under construction and all. After the two months, they sent a coderbyte assessment which was VERY easy and I submitted it with utmost confidence. It has been 3 months and there is no update so most likely a ghosting. Such a long waiting process and work for no response after.

Entrevista
It's unfortunate because I read a lot of positive things about this company, but ended up getting ghosted by them. The interviewer was a no show... There isn't any number to call them, so I replied to the RAVL Recruitment email but got no reply from them. I took the initiative to book another conversation because I was genuinely interested in the position and I understand being behind schedule, but again no one showed up. Not even a word from them.
