Recruiter set up a time to talk but wasn’t at all friendly. Standard interview questions and then zero follow up afterwards. Not even a rejection email…just radio silence. I’ve interviewed twice with Rawlings and this seems to be the standard, unfortunately.

Had an interview at the stores retail location just outside of Orlando Florida. When I got there, I looked around the store while waiting and then I was interviewed in the office at the back of the store.
