Entrevista
I was approached on LinkedIn by a recruiter from Ray Human Capital to discuss a potential opportunity for one of their clients. I went to an interview at Ray's offices where I was explained the details of the position and employer. The interview was very stress-free where I was asked about my current position and responsibilities.
After two weeks with no feedback, I contacted the recruiter who contacted and interviewed me only to find out she had left Ray to work for one of their competitors. She gave me the contact of the person was put in charge of my process, who told me the client was still analyzing candidates and assured me I would be getting a response by the end of summer. After a month with no feedback I contacted this person again but I haven't gotten a reply.
Extremely unprofessional behavior and lack of consideration for someone who showed interest and made time to move to their offices for an interview.

Entrevista
Various selection step for EDPR: CV screening, Skype interview, Online test and day assessment. On the latter, Group exercise and pitch presentation. It was very long process and the day assessment was kinda exhausting. They said it took 1-2 weeks to select for the final round, and they let me know only a month later. Asked for feedback twice and got no answer.
