I applied for this position on their website and received an email 2 weeks later to schedule a 15 minute phone interview. The phone interview was mostly me explaining my resume and the HR rep explaining the position. Before ending the conversation she said she'd send over my resume to the hiring manager and if they were interested then I'd be scheduled for an on-site interview and that I needed to complete an assessment. (The funny thing about the assessment is that I never actually received the email for the assessment. I knew someone that worked there and they sent me the link for me to complete it. ) It was around thanksgiving so I didn't expect to hear anything until the following Monday. On that Monday or Tuesday I received an email to schedule my onsite interview. I schedule it for that upcoming Friday, 12/13. The interview went extremely well. I met with two hiring managers who were very nice. I was asked interview questions but it felt like we were having a great conversation that happened to be about my job history and experience. We laughed and I was given many opportunities to ask questions. I left there feeling very confident. I received a call on 12/24 offering me the position.
