Applied online. Had a screening call with a recruiter. Then was told to fill out and take an online assessment. It was one of those assessments where they ask you the same question in many different ways to determine your personality. There were also short case studies where you had to rank how you would handle specific situations if they came up. Then on site interview with branch manager. Then a final interview with complex manager. Phone screening was not easy but manageable. Be prepared to answer why you'll succeed and what your past experience will bring to the table. The interviews with the on site folks were more about how will you build your business, what makes you think you can manage people's assets and see if you are a fit with them and the office culture. I created a business plan ahead of time after recommendation from the recruiter and it really helped drive the conversations and they were very impressed.
